Terms:
Terms are 30 days from date safe was picked up or shipped out for customers with approved credit. All safes are FOB Escondido, CA. If safe was shipped out via freight lines, customer is fully responsible for payment of that bill directed by the terms of that freight company. COD on first order until credit has been verified and a Credit Application has been submitted and accepted by Eclipse Industries.
Balances over 30 days are put on a COD basis until full balance is paid. Late Charges of 1.5% Monthly and will be charged. A Discount on standard items is as follows: 2%-net 10 days. 3% Pre-Pay unless this is your first order or credit was denied for any reason.
No Returns will be accepted without prior authorization. There will be a 25% restocking charge on standard items if returned for customer" convenience. No returns allowed on custom safes.
Warranty: One Year LIMITED warranty from the date of shipment on workmanship and materials (except for misuse). Our choice to repair or replace. Prior authorization MUST be obtained before any work is done to the safe.
Prices: Prices are FOB Escondido, California and are subject to change without notice. Orders for products not listed in this price list are deemed a custom safe and cannot be returned.
